Mumzeys Return Policy is an exchange only basis, within 30 days, except for defected products which will be reviewed and then refunded accordingly. Mumzeys cannot however, return any products that have been washed or worn. Many of our products are handmade and unique items that come in and then out of stock frequently. We will be happy to help you find the perfect item if the one you purchased doesn’t work out for you!
